Dense ruby/purple core. Modern nose of new oak, roasted coffee, dark plum, cassis and blackberry. The palate is concentrated but rounded with ripe tannin and a vital freshness giving a lift to the dark fruit, fine spiciness, well integrated oak and a long fleshy aftertaste. Already tempting but with fine potential.
