Medium to deep garnet with some maturity on the rim. Some toast and oak-derived spiciness, pepper, clove, chalky notes, garrigue and wild berry notes. The palate is structured and ripe, yet with a good backbone of freshness, still some oak present but digest dark fruit, liquorice, pepper and meaty notes leading to a long finish.
