Medium to deep ruby red colour. Fine toast on the nose, tobacco, sweet red fruit, cassis and sweet plum aromas. Medium weight on the palate, fresh acidity, mild tannin, sour cherry and red currant flavours followed by a rather long, still restrained finish.
