Château Lamarzelle Cormey – 2012

Saint Emilion
, Grand Cru
MEDAILLE-TASTED-89-2024
France,
Bordeaux,
Still youthful medium deep ruby red core. Pure and fragrant nose with wild berry fruit, plum, fine oak and a hint of vanilla. The palate is still youthful but balanced in a classic medium bodied style with red and dark fruit, aromatic herbs, tobacco. There is a discreet wood and medium high tannin starting to integrate, and a fresh and quite long finish. Still deserves a year in the cellar but should develop well.
