Dense youthful colour with a purple hue. Pure nose of dark fruit, plum and cherry with some peppery and herbal notes. The palate is rather on the full side with a young texture, slightly tannic and extracted, but with modest oak and pure dark fruit. It has good length, should just soften and integrate for another few years.
