Château Laniote – 2017

Dark purple colour. Slightly balsamic nose, wild herbs, bay leaf and dark berries with mild oak. Fairly dense palate, a bit youthful and restrained texture with firm tannin but nice layers of dark fruit and good length, a backward style needing time to open.
