Medium towards deep golden colour. Pure, ripe and intense nose showing ripe pear, apricot, pepper, vanilla and saffron with modest oak. Ripe dense and unctuous palate with a vibrant and fresh backbone, layers of yellow fruit, and a viscous and dense finish. Well-balanced sweetness/acidity/extract with good persistency.
