Young and closed, there is some new oak, dark plum and chocolate coated fruit, dense and chewy palate with dark ripe fruit, a backbone of tannin, it still seems slightly closed but it has great material, pure and ripe fruit, serious length and an overall balance - it just needs some more time to develop roundness and complexity.
