Château Latour Monplaisir – Astéria – 2020

Inky dark core and hue. Ripe and modern nose with dark fruit - cassis, plum and chocolate with some new oak underneath. Dense palate, meaty and concentrated, a tannic core but has softened with age, sweet dark fruit is nicely balanced by a fresh acidity, mildly spicy with a long and muscular finish.
