Pale golden colour and hue. The nose displays some new oak and vanilla with hints of green apple, citrus, fennel and wild herbs. Good grip on the palate, rather ample, still with a slight oak and toast presence yet nice fruit with a rounded acidity, crushed pear, plum and garrigue notes leading to a rather long toasted finish.
