France,
Bordeaux,
Medium deep ruby red colour. Youthful nose with tobacco leaf, some new oak blending red currant, plum and cassis, good purity and a classic texture with ripe but present tannin, fresh acidity and a fine toastiness, good length. Fairly open and drinkable today, even if it will gain more complexity from further ageing.
