Dense dark purple colour. Pure and intense nose with some earthy notes, violet, ripe dark fruit, cassis, blackberry, fine oak and liquorice. The palate is dense and grainy with high concentration, pure fruit, discreet oak, crushed dark fruit, some cocoa notes and a long dense finish. Still youthful but rather polished and accessible.
