France,
Bordeaux,
Still a youthful appearance here, with a hint of green. Colour intensity is approaching light golden. Very fine purity on the nose here. Mineral, with hints of fresh herbs. Barely ripe stone fruit, lemon and lime zest. With some floral hints, white flower, some elderflower as well, quite typical. Very discreet oakiness. Very bright palate here. Classically bone-dry, with fresh and juicy acidity. Really salivating on the palate. In terms of body it is roughly medium-weight, but it does have a good flavour intensity here. Elegant stone fruit, with those green herbal and lime notes. Really a long and lingering finish. Very salivating, with fine integration of oak on the palate. Marvellous length here. Good purity.
