Château Le Thil Comte Clary – 2015

Intense dark purple core. Fragrant and floral nose, fine oak, roasted coffee, cassis, plum, cherry and mild spices in good harmony. The palate is very dense and ample but with good proportions and rounded texture, grainy tannin, layers of ripe dark fruit, chocolate, sage, mint and modest oak, a fresh backbone and a very long, pure finish with a layered spiciness and delicious fruit. Still youthful but very promising.
