Château L’Eperon – 2016

Dark core, turning from purple to deep ruby. Fragrant nose of red currant, fresh herbs and plum. Medium bodied palate, youthful texture, still firm tannin, fresh red fruit flavours, fresh acidity and a medium to long finish. A wine still needing 1 to 2 years to soften.
