Château L’Ermitage – Epicuria – 2015

Medium deep ruby red colour. Fine nose, layered with a fine spiciness, clove, pepper and fresh meat blending red and dark fruit with violet, a slight touch of oak and roasted notes. The palate has a very dense structure, intense with layers of red and dark fruit sprinkled with dry spices, young and tight but ripe tannin and vital freshness, some complexity already but fine potential for development, here, really long and stable finish.
