Intense dark inky colour. Intense nose offering dark fruity notes of cassis, blackberry, dark cherry, fine leather, tobacco, violet and raw meat. Lovely density and freshness on the palate with young but ripe tannin, floral dark fruit notes with a layered spiciness, very long and persistent finish with excellent purity, delicious albeit should gain a lot from long ageing.
