Château Les Moines – 2016

Still a dense core but mature ruby towards the rim. Pure nose, fruit driven with less oak, crushed plum, red berries, dry spices and some herbaceous notes. Medium weight, still with a youthful tannic grip but attractive fruit and a fine length. A wine deserving some more ageing to soften.
