Dark purple core. Pure nose, ripe dark fruit, plum, cassis and cherry with modest oak. Dense palate, still young with high extract tannin but no hard edges, spicy aniseed and liquorice notes, dense plum and cassis with good length, good cornerstone, just needs some time to open and develop complexity.
