Château L’Hermitage Lescours – 2015

Intense dark purple colour. Plenty of ripe dark fruit on the nose with a hint of new oak, leather and tobacco. The palate has a high concentration and fine extraction, nicely rounded with plenty of stuffing, fine oak and gently roasted notes, coffee bean, cassis, plum and cherry with sage and aniseed notes, dense long and digest finish. Will improve a lot but already darn good.
