France,
Bordeaux,
Very youthful appearance here, with a slight green hue. Moderate straw colour. Very fresh on the nose. Youthful, vibrant with good purity. Really no presence of oak here. Ripe fruit such as yellow apple, pear, with hints of citrus. Also a lot of floral, with some herbal notes. There is also a slight hint of waxiness, butter, wax, honey. Indicating good ripeness. Crisp palate. I like the combination between that zesty sensation, with lemon and lime zest, some lemongrass. But it is quite structured with some of that waxy, buttery feeling on the mid-palate. Good mouthfeel, with that youthful freshness. A fairly long finish. An attractive wine I would prefer to drink fairly young. So well-made in a clean and fresh style.
