Bright transparent colour. Fragrant and intense, good purity, juniper, citrus, liquorice/anis and some herbal notes with a fine touch reminiscent of cedar wood. The palate has good bite and warmth, slight bitterness with anis/liquorice, high but balanced alcohol and long finish, a rather bitter style of gin, but well balanced well suited for flavour intense and spicy G & T.
