Château Montlau – La Classic 2019

Dark garnet core and hue. Pure and modern nose offering mild oak and butterscotch with ripe dark fruit, cassis, plum and tobacco notes. The palate shows good density and volume with a rounded texture, savoury dark fruit with sage and tobacco hints, a fresh acidity underneath, mild oak spice and a long pure finish. Nicely done.
