Bright light golden colour. Pure and exotic nose offering ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, beeswax, lime and lemongrass. The nose gives and impression of sweetness but the plate remains firmly dry with a crisp backbone of acidity, well built and textured with crisp tropical fruit and citrus flavours leading to a long finish.
