Dense ruby core with a lighter mature rim. Intense nose, spicy and peppery with notes of red pepper, dried herbs and sweet plum. The palate has medium weight, still on the tannic side with some herbal and red pepper flavours. Still youthful and restrained texture with a medium to long finish.
