Château Olivier – 2015

Bright young straw colour. Intense nose, finely layered with discreet oak, some waxy/honeyed notes with candied citrus, lime, aromatic herbs and ripe yellow fruit. Excellent bite on the palate. Ample structure with a well-retained freshness, layers of herb infused yellow fruit, fine oak and discreet toastiness, and a very grippy, intense and long finish. Certainly a big wine with big potential.
