Bright light golden colour. Intense and pure nose offering ripe stone fruit, pineapple, beeswax, gently roasted oak, lemon confit and spicy notes. The palate is very dense and weighty, plenty of stuffing with fresh yellow fruit, fine extract and opulent texture, yet with a very fresh and lively acidity underneath, very long and grippy finish with gorgeous fruit and balance. The texture of a great sweet wine remaining firmly dry. Bloody good stuff.
