Inky dark purple colour. The nose displays some balsamic notes, dried herbs, inky dark fruit, crème de cassis, new oak and leather. Dense and tannic palate, youthful with high extraction, yet no hard edges, an ambitious wine with nice purity, structure and length still needing a few years to soften. Best from 2023.
