Medium deep core, slightly darker than a classic rosé de Provence colour. Fresh red berries, pink grape, floral notes and dry spices. Good volume on the palate, a slight hint of very fine tannin and extract, a bright but well-embedded freshness, good layers and a rather ample structure with good persistency and grip.
