Inky dark purple core. Pure nose offering blackberry, cassis, garrigue, mild oak, pepper and liquorice. Rather ample palate with a fine backbone of freshness, layers of herb infused dark fruit, pepper and spicy notes, ripe and grainy tannin with a long meaty finish.
