Château Peyros – Greenwich 43n – 2009

Dark ruby core and a lighter rim, the nose is inviting with ripe dark fruit, fine new oak, chocolate and leather. The palate has a nice density of fruit but a lot of firm tannin, good spiciness, hints of aniseed and pepper, good length, fine potential but still a bit dry on the finish.
