Château Pipeau – 2009

Dark intense ruby/purple, the nose is young with roasted oak, vanilla, dark plum, cherry and spices, the palate is dense and concentrated, still a bit youthful and tannic at present, nice freshness and vibrant fruit, cassis, dark cherry and some aromatic herbs, good length, it has the substance for long aging, drink at earliest 2014.
