Inky dark purple/opaque core. The nose is fragrant offering fine oak, butterscotch, mild spices with ripe dark cassis, blackberry and cherry aromas. The palate is dense and tight, youthful but with ripe extract very lingering and long with layers of spicy dark fruit. Nicely done, still deserving some time but fine potential indeed.
