Château Pourquey Gazeau – Elevé en Fût de Chêne – 2021

Straw yellow colour with a copper hue. Aromatic with fresh citrus, lemongrass, lime, whote fleshed fruit and an oak derived spiciness with toast and vanilla. Good grip and tension, still a slight oak presence but balanced with vibrant young fruit, finely textured with a fine length.
