Château Puech Haut – Tête de Bélier – 2016
Languedoc

France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Inky dark purple core. Pure and modern nose with a fine toast, roasted coffee, meaty notes, pepper, clove and ripe blackberry. The palate is dense and weighty with good concentration and freshness, ripe tannin, layered with a peppery spiciness, bright blackberry and cassis flavours, and a pure dense and long finish, youthful but already nicely balanced.
