Château Puech Haut – Tête de Bélier – 2017
Languedoc

France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Deep golden hazy/unfiltered. The nose and appearance suggests an "alternative" style ripe stone fruit, apricot, wax, crushed nuts and pastry. Bold palate with fine extract/tannin (suggesting skin maceration), nonetheless spicy and complex with a bold texture, and a long dense finish.
