Pale and transparent colour. Pure and intense nose, fresh hints of crushed apple, pear, citrus, lime and lemongrass. The palate has a very nice density, still medium weight but good grip, extract and a lively acidity, discreet fruit with white peach and lemon notes, and a long and pure finish. Nice purity and precision here.
