Bright light straw colour with a green hue. Pure and youthful nose, high toned with lemongrass, lime, white fleshed fruit and some stoniness. Good grip on the palate, juicy and zesty with a mild acidity, however fine extract adding freshness and lift, young but savoury fruit with a warm and rather long finish.
