France,
Provence,
Rosé with a very pale colour, just a hint of onion skin I would say, youthful, bright. Generous nose, fruit driven. There’s notes of ripe grapefruit, lemon zest, and some white-fleshed but quite ripe fruit like fresh pineapple. Classically dry palate, bone-dry, quite salivating, good sense of freshness, with a medium towards high acidity. This style for a rosé wine I would call medium range in terms of body and weight. It’s well-balanced with integrated alcohol. Generous palate, with that juicy pineapple fruit, some zesty notes, and a moderately long finish.
