France,
Languedoc Roussillon,
Youthful and bright with a light golden colour. I like the nose, good purity here. There are some floral hints. Fine stone fruit, some hints of peach, apricot, but very floral at the same time. Good purity, no oak here so a touch of minerality as well, I would say. Good grip on the palate here, quite mouth-filling. Levels of acidity are quite moderate, but I think this has a good mouth-watering sensation. So it gives a lot of freshness with those notes of lemon zest. Good purity of fruit again no oak is noticeable here. So quite lush and broad. Good purity, good length and that floral yellow fruit is quite delicious. Good length as well. Very interesting. I really want to know what that is.
