Château Saint Hilaire – 2010
Médoc
France,
Bordeaux,
Dense core with a ruby rim. Intense nose some maturity and complexity offering ripe dark fruit, tobacco, roasted coffee, fine oak and sage notes. The palate is dense and structured with a high tannin level but starting to soften, layers of cassis and dark cherry with some smokiness, mocha and a long powerful finish.
