Pale straw colour. Rather aromatic nose with fresh pear, apple, herbal notes and lime zest with a light hint of oak. Medium towards full body with rounded texture, a fresh backbone, gentle extract, crisp fruit, some oak/vanilla notes and a long warm finish.
