Château Sainte Eulalie – La Cantilene – 2010

Dark inky colour, the nose is fine with gently roasted notes, meat, smoke, dark berries, cassis and plum. The palate is full and structured, still young but with a good level of extraction, fine oak, layers of dark meaty fruit, long lingering finish and a well needed freshness.
