Château Sainte Lucie d’Aussou – Le Carignan Noir – 2015

Transparent ruby red colour. Pure nose, no oak, sweet red fruit, some meaty and spicy hints. The palate has medium weight with spicy character, crushed pepper, clove and aniseed with sweet red berries and a rather long, peppery finish.
