Château Sansonnet – 2008
Saint Emilion
, Grand Cru

France,
Bordeaux,
Dark ruby with a purple tinge, the nose is ambitious and offers a plethora of ripe dark fruit, cherry, blackberry, cassis, sweet spices and oak, very attractive palate with a high concentration but gentle extraction, silky but present tannins, long finish, polished and elegant with a nice level of purity and freshness, fairly drinkable today with a potential of 10-15 more years in the cellar.
