France,
Bordeaux,
Very youthful appearance here, dark bright purple core.Youthful nose, still a bit discreet with a nice purity of fruit here, showing dark berry fruit, cassis, some discreet wood, tobacco. Nice palate here, we’ll call it a very much classic medium-bodied style with fine oak. Good density of, again, those layers of dark berry fruit, with roasted notes coming from the wood, with a fine spiciness. Well-kept freshness as well, good ripeness and purity of fruit, in a medium weight but yet with a density of fruit and a quite long finish. A wine I find still youthful but very drinkable with its polished and supple texture.
