Light golden colour. Some oak and toast on the nose, honey, ripe yellow fruit, saffron and candied citrus. Dense palate with unctuous yellow fruit, viscous and mouth filling with a balanced freshness and fine bitter citrus notes adding lift, layered spiciness and a long supple finish.
