Château Simian – Grandes Grenachieres d’Hippolyte – 2009

Dark purple red with violet hue and almost black centre. Rich character with sweet fruit and minerality. On the palate almost salty with a touch of ripe fruit. Tannins well integrated, however lacks that touch of elegance.
