France,
Bordeaux,
Ruby-red wine with a quite dense core. Fresh nose here, quite elegant with wild berry fruit, raspberries and blackberries, some mineral notes, fine spices, and quite discreet wood. Palate is quite subtle; it’s not hard in any way, the tannins are nicely melted I would say, quite powdery tannin. Sweet red fruit, almost more Burgundian in terms of texture, soft and plush fruit with red berries, wild berries. Good freshness, nice purity of fruit, with a medium weight; rounded, and fairly attractive and accessible to drink right now. Good length, persistent on the palate. A really pretty wine.
