Château Tronquoy Lalande – 2010

Inky dark ruby. Pure nose of mineral, blackcurrant, plum and some new oak; the palate is powerful and broad with layers of dark fruit, firm, but fine tannic structure, bright and fresh, although ripe at the same time; excellent length; should just need time in the cellar to develop complexity.
